Agreement
By using the Brand Foundr website and services, you agree to these terms. Partnership terms are governed by separate engagement agreements.
Services
Brand Foundr provides venture studio services including commercial strategy, product development, and growth partnerships. Specific deliverables are defined in partnership agreements.
Intellectual Property
IP ownership is defined per engagement. Growth partnerships typically assign product IP to the partner with Brand Foundr retaining rights to methodologies and frameworks.
Limitation of Liability
Revenue projections from the Opportunity Calculator are illustrative estimates only and do not constitute guarantees of commercial outcomes.
